#INKTOBER2019 Week Three

For the past several years, I’ve been a fan of the #Inktober drawing online drawing event. Artist Jake Parker started Inktober in 2009 to improve both his inking skills and his drawing habits. Here’s a link to my Week One post and Week Two posts. Below are the Inktober 2019 Week Three attempts. During the third week, I wanted to use ideas from my imagination or from memories and match them to the daily prompt.

#Inktober Day 17 is ORNAMENT. Reminiscing about my first car. A yellow 1977 Pontiac Gran Prix. #TheBananaWagon #inktober2019

#Inktober Day 18 is MISFIT. There’s one in every crowd. It’s also a visual representation of my fashion sense. Odd man out but with a smile on my face. #inktober2019

#Inktober Day 19 is SLING. I’m working on improving my gesture drawing muscle. It takes a movement skill set that reminds me of the balance and grace of the weight throws. #inktober2019

#Inktober Day 20 is TREAD. Fisher-Price farm set tractor, circa 1995. #inktober2019
